THE PEAK PERFORMANCE PARTNERSHIP
Spectrum Fitness & Medical Wellness shares ownership with the Baton Rouge area's leading orthopedic and sports physical therapy company, Peak Performance Physical Therapy. This unique partnership creates a complete wellness environment where expert clinical care meets fitness training.
Peak Performance therapists work alongside Spectrum's personal trainers, group exercise instructors, and wellness staff. Together, we help members and patients move from injury to recovery to strength—all in one place. The PT clinic at Denham Springs provides convenient access to treatment, outdoor pool, equipment, and fitness programs during your recovery.
Many Spectrum members come to Peak when aches, pains, or injuries occur during training. The experienced clinical professionals are experts at assessing your problem, developing a treatment plan, and educating you on ways to prevent it from happening again.
