Class Descriptions

Barre Fusion is a low impact strength workout that enhances your muscle tone, posture, flexibility and confidence in a class that blends ballet, dance, functional strength and mind-body inspired movement.  These exercises are performed with precision and concentration for ultimate results, each of the movements can be modified to match your unique skill and strength levels.

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYATTACK™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

A progression of ELITE, CORE focuses on goal specific loading to produce the strength, hypertrophic and metabolic benefits of exercising under increased resistance. 

CORE EXPRESS is a 30-minute version. 

ELITE uses a mixture of body weight and loaded dynamic exercises in multiple planes of movement to condition our most inefficient movement patterns. The workouts are structured around a complex circuit model that alternates muscle groups to minimize recovery time. We combine these circuits with short bouts of max effort anaerobic conditioning in a motivating team atmosphere to create our flagship class, ELITE.

Spectrum's original small group training concept. Great for those just getting started, wanting to progress their workouts, or targeting a specific strength and conditioning goal. Sessions consist of balanced functional movements, performed with a variety of fitness props and loading mechanisms to induce goal specific adaptations. All Team Training sessions are designed to be low-impact and modifiable. This ensures that each workout consists of safe and efficient exercises suited for all skill levels. 

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time

A metabolism boosting workout consisting of 3 parts.

1) High intensity interval training cardio session.

2) Weighted conditioning.

3) Balance and flexibility.

This workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength, tone, muscle, and increase flexibility all in one workout.

PiYo is a mix of pilates, which focuses on muscle and core building, and yoga, which focuses on strength and flexibility. This total-body workout is designed to strengthen small muscles(triceps, shoulders, biceps, calves) and large muscles( hamstrings, back, chest).

RPM ™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session**. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

Enjoy a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. This class is geared toward seniors, but all ages and levels are welcome!

LES MILLS SPRINT ™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.

Burning 500-600 calories per session, participants ride a stationary bike through several different terrains. All levels welcome! Please let the instructor know if you are new to the class. Heart-rate monitors suggested. See Myzone.

Turbo Kick® is an interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations. Class ends with a mind/body-like (think Tai-Chi) cool-down.

Total Body Conditioning (T.B.C) is A 60-minute class combining weight training, cardio, and body resistance work. A focus on total body resistance training for functional exercise from a personal training format.ends with a mind/body-like (think Tai-Chi) cool-down.

Focusing on the body and breathing while performing a series of poses and stretches. We will strengthen and tone muscles, increase circulation and flexibility, achieve relaxation, and improve overall health.

Gentle Yoga is a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach hopefully includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises.

Hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast! Zumba GOLD is our beginner version.
