Parents' Night/Day Out: Support the AHA!

Get your Holiday shopping done without the kids! Have a romantic date night alone!

This December, all Spectrum Fitness locations will be offering a day or evening for you to drop your kids while you do those Holiday errands. 100% of your monetary donation will go to The American Heart Association. We will entertain your children while you enjoy a few hours alone... go to a movie, go shopping, go to dinner... all while helping a great cause! Registration is required, so please see your club for more details and to sign up. Members only, please.

Perkins Road (near Kenilworth): Saturday, December 5th, 11am-4pm and Friday, December 11th, 6pm-10pm

Southdowns: Monday, December 14th and Monday, December 21st, Noon-4pm

Fitness in Motion: Friday, December 11th 6pm-10pm and Saturday, December 19th, Noon-4pm

Monterrey Blvd: Friday, December 18th and Tuesday, December 22nd 10am-2pm

Zachary: Saturday, December 5th and Saturday, December 12th, 9am-3pm

Denham Springs: Saturday, December 5th, 10am-3pm and Friday, December 11th, 5pm-10pm

Central: Friday, December 4th and Friday, December 18th 5pm-9pm
